Job Overview:

As a Fence Installer, you will play a crucial role in our team by installing various types of fences for residential and commercial properties. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in the Florida sun.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install different types of fences, including vinyl, wood, aluminum, and chain link, according to specifications and quality standards.
• Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and scopes of work accurately.
• Measure and mark fence lines and install posts, rails, and other components.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Ensure all installations meet company standards and customer expectations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including the Florida sun.
• Proficiency in reading a tape measure accurately.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to understand and follow written scopes of work in English.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Punctual and reliable, ready to work every day.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Previous experience in fence installation is a plus but not required.
